TVO Capital Management LLC (“TVO Capital”), which was established in 2010, is the new real estate investment management arm of TVO Groupe LLC (“TVO”), from where all the investment activities of TVO will now be managed. As the dedicated investment management platform of TVO, TVO Capital now brings private equity real estate investment fund management capabilities to the TVO operating platform, which itself has been a highly experienced operating principal and sponsor of investment grade real estate assets since 1983. TVO has been the managing principal and operating partner over the last 18 years, together with leading institutional capital partners, of owned, managed and/or developed property assets located in 21 states of the United States (“US”) with a large concentration in the sunbelt region from Florida to Texas. TVO is a family-owned US real estate investment, development, management and advisory company founded by brothers Wayne A. Vandenburg and Russell A. Vandenburg in 1983.

Stephen Lopes Chief Accounting & Reporting Officer – TVO Capital Management

Mr. Lopes joined TVO Groupe in 2007 and has been responsible for supervising and monitoring the financial performance of all TVO Groupe and TVO International affiliates as well as the financial, accounting & reporting for each of its subsidiaries. Prior to joining TVO Groupe & TVO International, Mr. Lopes spent six (6) years as an auditor with Virchow Krause & Company, a national accounting firm, focusing on real estate-related clients in the US. Stephen spent one (1) year in Sydney, Australia where he worked for Pitcher Partners, a Certified Accounting firm, performing due diligence for international-based clients as well as serving as an analyst for AMP Limited, Australia’s largest wealth management firm.

Mr. Lopes is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he earned his B.B.A. Degree in Accounting.
