TVO Capital Management LLC (“TVO Capital”), which was established in 2010, is the new real estate investment management arm of TVO Groupe LLC (“TVO”), from where all the investment activities of TVO will now be managed. As the dedicated investment management platform of TVO, TVO Capital now brings private equity real estate investment fund management capabilities to the TVO operating platform, which itself has been a highly experienced operating principal and sponsor of investment grade real estate assets since 1983. TVO has been the managing principal and operating partner over the last 18 years, together with leading institutional capital partners, of owned, managed and/or developed property assets located in 21 states of the United States (“US”) with a large concentration in the sunbelt region from Florida to Texas. TVO is a family-owned US real estate investment, development, management and advisory company founded by brothers Wayne A. Vandenburg and Russell A. Vandenburg in 1983.

Russell A. Vandenburg Director – TVO Capital Management

Mr. Vandenburg is a co-founder of TVO Groupe and its affiliates and currently serves as a Director with TVO Capital Management. Mr. Vandenburg is the President and CEO of TVO North America where he oversees all administrative aspects of the company, including long-range planning, budgeting, personnel and property management operations. With over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in the industry, he has successfully positioned the company through the development of a outstanding property and facility management operating platform which manages all of TVO’s wholly-owned and institutionally-partnered property assets; the development of a construction management services group to manage all construction and value-added projects; and oversees a property development team for new investment opportunities for the TVO North America platform.

Mr. Vandenburg completed his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at El Paso (“UTEP”) where he played intercollegiate football and currently holds a seat on the University’s Development Board and serves as Chairman of the University’s Leadership Council. He is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the City of El Paso as well as is a member of several national and regional trade and government organizations including the Board of Directors of the National Multi-Housing Council (“NMHC”) and the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (“T SAHC”) and is further active in the National Apartment Association (“NAA”).
