TVO Capital Management LLC (“TVO Capital”), which was established in 2010, is the new real estate investment management arm of TVO Groupe LLC (“TVO”), from where all the investment activities of TVO will now be managed. As the dedicated investment management platform of TVO, TVO Capital now brings private equity real estate investment fund management capabilities to the TVO operating platform, which itself has been a highly experienced operating principal and sponsor of investment grade real estate assets since 1983. TVO has been the managing principal and operating partner over the last 18 years, together with leading institutional capital partners, of owned, managed and/or developed property assets located in 21 states of the United States (“US”) with a large concentration in the sunbelt region from Florida to Texas. TVO is a family-owned US real estate investment, development, management and advisory company founded by brothers Wayne A. Vandenburg and Russell A. Vandenburg in 1983.

Ashish Karamchandani Asset Manager - TVO Capital Management

Mr. Karamchandani’s responsibilities include supporting the execution of capital transactions, managing asset and portfolio strategies as well as analyzing, monitoring and reporting portfolio performance. Prior to joining TVO, Ashish served as Vice President of Hudson Burnham Development Partners (“HB”) where he led the analysis and management of all acquisition, joint venture and development opportunities on behalf of HB and respective clients and investors. Prior to joining HB, Ashish was a consultant in the Strategy and Operations Practice of Deloitte Consulting in Atlanta. Earlier, Ashish co-founded Campus Apartment Finders, an technology-driven apartment locator service. Ashish is an active member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America organization and sits on the Associates Board for Thresholds, a charity organization dedicated to facilitating quality of life to the mentally ill population.

Ashish holds a B.B.A. and a M.B.A. Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
