As the dedicated investment management platform of TVO, TVO Capital now brings private equity real estate investment fund management capabilities to the TVO operating platform, which itself has been a highly experienced operating principal and sponsor of investment grade real estate assets since 1983. TVO has been the managing principal and operating partner over the last 18 years, together with leading institutional capital partners, of owned, managed and/or developed property assets located in 21 states of the United States (“US”) with a large concentration in the sunbelt region from Florida to Texas. TVO is a family-owned US real estate investment, development, management and advisory company founded by brothers Wayne A. Vandenburg and Russell A. Vandenburg in 1983.
